Yes it is, however things can be restarted, however more poeople are needed.
This actually does greatly sadden me that we all seem to have in a way abandoned this site, it almost has the feeling of a ghost town to me. :'(
It still can be a bustling place.

don't worry about it. The delay gives me more time to work on "projects".
Don't feel rushed, in fact, just as long as we get something up before we all forget about this site, it shouldn't be a problem.
